Returns are inevitable and can be really time-consuming so AVL Fulfill would love to handle them for you. We have streamlined our returns processes, documenting every step, and will handle disposal or restocking while keeping you informed every step of the way.

If your customer’s order has not already been shipped (remember… we’re really fast), we are happy to make any changes your customer needs upon your approval.

We start the receiving process as soon as your inventory arrives at our warehouse. We do a physical inventory inspection to look for breakage and ensure we’ve received the expected number of items.
